National Geophysical Data Retrieval and Integration
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Crustal Imaging and Characterization Team, United States Geological Survey (USGS) DESCRIPTIONS: The focus of National Geophysical Data Retrieval and Integration is implementing a web-based geospatial database within the framework of and accessed through Mineral Resources Program Spatial Data Website and other web-based geospatial portals, which can retrieve multiple geophysical datasets and convert them into a format useful for integration and interpretation. The focus also includes the final archiving of historical geophysical surveys (mostly magnetics) into new and existing web-based publications for digital datasets, as well as, reforming the National Uranium Resource Evaluation (NURE) magnetic and radiometric data quadrangles for web release.
